  • The corpus writes down what the founder does. It does not add permission or safety language of its own on top of his method.

What the Results Show and Do Not Show

The founder reports championship and record-level results from athletes he directly coached.Those results establish extraordinary performance and its timing.By themselves they do not isolate why it happened.

Coach notes
  • The founder's own evidence standard begins with outcomes: repeated championships, records, deep distributions of elite times, and changes aligned with entering or leaving the method. His stated test is six world records.
  • Official results, wind, hurdle specifications, training records, film and competing explanations are the project's reconciliation work. This site teaches the method; it does not present those outcomes as independently verified.
  • The claim is athlete-specific: the system worked for athletes the founder directly coached. Generalization to other athletes is a hypothesis, not a promise.
